And This. Super Seriously.
"Aaron is a good luck charm! He is absolutely the most genuine and energetic real estate agent that you will ever meet! He makes buying a home a fun experience. He is professional, polite, and positive. He knows the Sacramento real estate market like the back of his hand. If you choose him as your agent you will be in great hands. I met him at an open house and he was so nice and friendly that I remembered him and when I needed a real estate agent he was more than willing to help me. We found my new home on the first day of working together! He had all my inspections scheduled on day 1 of my contract! That is amazing! You will be in capable hands if you select him as your realtor! He will be there for you every step of the way! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! In my mind there is really no other choice for the most confident and capable agent!"
- Jessica B., Oak Park
"I got Aaron's name from a personal friend and he came highly recommended. I originally met him about selling my duplex property. As part of the process I wanted to get the property rented out, since both of my prior tenants had left. I had never gone with a real estate agent before for rental properties, but it proved to be a very smooth and effective process. The marketing was very professional, and Aaron helped me out with some contractor referrals for renovation work. The property went on the market and within one week we had 12 applications. Aaron was able to narrow the list and make excellent recommendations and we got contracts signed in less than a week. I decided not to sell the property at this time, but would highly recommend Aaron for any real estate needs."
- Rudy S., Elmhurst
"I was very thankful to find Aaron. He was incredible helpful in my home search. I was looking for something very particular and he delivered on all fronts. Buying a home can be a daunting and frustrating challenge, but Aaron really made the process stress free and really helped educate me along the way. I bought my place over a year ago and I am still thrilled with the purchase. I would definitely recommend Aaron to anyone looking to rent or buy"
- Nate M., Midtown
"My partner and I just closed on our first home. As most of you know, buying a house is confusing and scary. We found Aaron by happenstance on Yelp after a negative experience with an agent who tried to sell us homes in very unsafe areas without explaining these areas to us as newcomers. Working with Aaron was such a different and positive experience. We looked forward to seeing him because first of all, he's so fun, nice, and interesting! He also took the time to explain important details to us about neighborhoods, homes, anything we asked or needed to know! He kept in regular contact with us and responded promptly to all questions. We learned so much! He also generously worked a LONG time with us and never ever rushed us. The most important detail about Aaron: he kept reminding us of our goals in buying a home, even if that meant a cheaper home price! He did not push us to buy a house to make a sale; he kept stressing the importance of our happiness. So...now we happily bought a sound home in our price range thanks to Aaron . I would refer him to anyone and we will use him if we move again."
- Amy R., Tahoe Park
"Aaron was amazing to work with! He was detail oriented, communicative, and enthusiastic through our entire experience, which was exactly what we needed. Prior to working with Aaron, we were with another, well known agent in the area. Although they were friendly, professional, and helpful regarding the motions needed to purchase a home, after several months of working with them, it became clear that it was not the best fit.
We were then referred to Aaron through a mutual friend and our whole outlook turned around. Within the first few days of working with him, it was obvious that he was well versed on the neighborhoods we were interested in, was in constant contact with us regarding potential properties, encouraged us to NOT give up and settle for a house that wasn't a great fit, and once we found THE ONE, did everything in his power to make sure we got the house.
We closed in Oct 2014 and couldn't be happier!"- Janise M., Tahoe Park
"Aaron absolutely went above and beyond to help me and my wife buy our home. His advice and knowledge were instrumental in helping us buy the home of our dreams. He knows Sacramento and the surrounding areas very well and was able to show us multiple houses that fit our very specific needs. He was extremely helpful navigating the confusing world of real estate for first time home buyers like us, and was able to answer every question we had in a quick and clear manner. He was willing to meet with us multiple times after his usual hours (due to our hectic work schedules.) Since buying our home and describing our buying experience with friends and family, we have learned that Aaron did much more than a typical real estate agent and we were extremely lucky to find him. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a real estate agent!"
